Job Title: Payroll Implementation Administrator
Location: Banbury / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000 p/a

The Payroll Implementation Administrator onboards new clients from a payroll perspective before handing over to the payroll processing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients setting out full implementation timescales and requirements
  • Running a full and comprehensive parallel payroll
  • Migrating data from existing payroll provider
  • Demonstrating payroll system and advise on client best practice

Skills required: 

  • Expert MS Excel skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced payroll environment
  • Organisation skills
  • Knowledge of HR/Payroll regulatory requirements
