We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to work alongside our Payroll Manager running our complex monthly payroll.  With over 1100 staff you will be busy processing salary changes, overtime, sick pay and carrying out month and year end processes.  As well as a good understanding of payroll legislation, payroll systems and pension administration, you will have good attention to detail and be able to work accurately at speed.  You will be professional in your approach, a good communicator, and be able to work under pressure to time deadlines.  In return you will be joining one of Gloucestershire’s largest employer and receive benefits such as a health cash plan, retail discounts and offers, access to a staff recreation programme and facilities and free car parking.

At our core is the delivery of a number of specialist educational programmes ranging from broad life-skills to employment skills.  These programmes are a mix of residential & day provision that are delivered currently across our locations in Ullenwood (nr Cheltenham), central Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Malvern and in Mamhilad, South Wales.
