As the University forges ahead with its Citizen Student Strategy, we are seeking to make a number of additional appointments in the Human Resources Team to help deliver the ambitions of the HR department and the University. These are exciting opportunities, with positions which will offer candidates a varied experience of working in a fast-paced HR Team, providing high-quality services to Faculties and Departments across the University. It is an exciting time to join the HR team and contribute to making a real difference.
We are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Payroll Manager who will lead and manage a team of 5 staff to ensure effective, efficient and timely salary payments. You will have experience of using a fully integrated payroll and pensions service as well as capability to evaluate payroll data using analytical skills. Excellent working knowledge of up to date tax and national insurance HMRC compliance and of payroll and related pension processes is essential.
