A leading organisation based in Co. Louth has a requirement for a Payroll Manager to join their rapidly growing business.
This Payroll Manager opportunity will involve managing a large experienced payroll team while also taking responsibility for managing payrolls and dealing with high volume queries.
The successful Payroll Manager will have previous experience in handling the day to day management of a team that includes recruitment, training, setting goals and performance appraisals.
Other responsibilities include being the “go to” person for technical and systems queries, developing and implementing new policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data protection, onboarding new payrolls and maintain and developing relationships.
To be considered for this Payroll Manager position, applicants must have at least 3 years management experience, have previous experience of managing a large multi-sited payroll and have excellent communications skills.
