Job Title: Payroll Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 p/a
Location: London / Hybrid

JGA are partnered with a leisure company based in London to source a permanent Payroll Manager.

Managing all elements of the payroll department ensuring the provision of an efficient & effective payroll function, ensuring a consistent and timely high quality payroll service in line with business expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management and processing of end-to-end payroll for a large payroll, for all monthly UK permanent, casual & overseas payrolls ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained and all statutory legislation is adhered to.
  • Managing the workload of the Payroll team; planning and organising the team to ensure all tasks, documentation, and processes are carried out to maximum accuracy.
  • Developing and training the payroll team and enhance employee engagement via one to one meetings, team huddles, on line training and Learning & Development courses
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements of PAYE and pension schemes and to ensure accurate and timely reporting as required by HM Revenue and Customs, Real Time information and pension scheme returns.
  • Collaborating with the finance department to establish frameworks relating to P11D reviews and reporting.
  • Providing reports as required by the business on an accurate and timely basis.
  • Preparing the Gender Pay Gap Reporting, and other statutory reporting requirements, data and work with the finance team to analyse and report the data.

Experience required:

  • A proven track record of leading and managing a highly effective payroll to include a working knowledge of statutory requirements affecting PAYE
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Proficient with payroll software, experience in using Resourcelink beneficial
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as VLOOKUPS
  • Proficient in using all aspects of Microsoft 365

Payroll & HR System Manager – Remote / London, £50,000 p.a pro-rata, +26% Pension

A rare opportunity to join a well known organisation as their P/T Payroll & HR Systems Manager (4 days a week) responsible for managing the implementation of their new Payroll & HR software solution and managing the processing of a small payroll for c 100 employees.

Payroll Manager
Salary: £80,000 + £10,000 Car Allowance
Location: London (3 days) & home (2 days)
Overview: This would suit someone who has managed teams of 10+ to deliver payrolls for in excess of 10,000 employees.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Payroll with Shared Services experience to join our client in what is a senior, strategic, high-volume payroll manager opportunity.

This Payroll Manager role requires someone who has a proven senior payroll management background who can demonstrate experience in managing P&L, leading large payroll teams and strong strategic expertise.

As Head of Payroll, you will be accountable for the day to day delivery of a very large payroll operation whilst also taking responsibility for managing and driving the strategy and legislative compliance of the operation – which includes managing KPIs and SLAs with vendors.

You will also be responsible for streamlining payroll processes and procedures while simultaneously mitigating risks by ensuring proper controls are managed effectively.

  • Experience in implementing robotic or automated improvements would also be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in managing teams of 15+ employees to deliver payrolls in excess of 10,000 employees would also be preferred.
  • A payroll qualification would also be desirable (such as the CIPP)

Title: EMEA Payroll Specialist
Location: London/Remote
Salary: £50,000 + 10% Bonus and Stock

Currently remotely based until October and will potentially be 2 days in the office thereafter.

This opportunity will be working as part of a wider team which process over 20 EMEA payrolls across 15 countries.

Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager, this position will involve managing all aspects of payroll for EMEA as well as liaising with payroll vendors and ensuring all processes are compliant.

Title: International Payroll & Benefits Analyst

Location: London/Remote

Salary: £60,000 p/a + bonus

 

A leading financial services organisation based in London has an urgent requirement for an International Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join their function for this newly created position.

 

The office has reopened however home working is still available to those who do not feel comfortable commuting.

 

This International Payroll & Benefits Analyst will be required to process complex payrolls, supporting the payroll preparation and distribution for countries mainly across EMEA and administer all EMEA employee benefit programs including terminations for benefits and pensions.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance in relation to the local legal regulatory requirements.
  • Checking monthly payroll changes and following up on irregularities.
  • Preparing the GL files monthly for financial reporting and responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Managing new employee on-boarding process.
  • Supporting with benchmarking current benefit provisions.
  • Coordinating all ancillary benefits.

 

To be considered for this International Payroll & Benefits Analyst position applicants must have previous International payroll processing experience, have a basic understanding of general financial tasks including understanding of balance sheet and budgeting, experience of administering benefits and must have excellent communication skills.
