A leading accounting firm is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Reading.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a portfolio of client payrolls
  • An understanding of current PAYE and NIC legislation that affects payroll.
  • Ensure all starters, leavers, benefits and allowances information is entered on to the Payroll database and update the relevant spreadsheet to record all entries made
  • Calculate leavers pay when leaving mid-month
  • Calculation of statutory payments

Payroll Team Leader – Responsibilities: 

  • Strategically lead, motivate, and manage a small payroll team.
  • Sound working knowledge of managing a high-volume UK payroll.
  • Maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
  • Ensuring UK Payroll Compliance.
  • Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.

Title: Global Payroll Specialist

Location: Reading

Salary: £48,000 p/a

 

A global financial services organisation based in Reading has a requirement for a Global Payroll Specialist to join their large payroll function.

 

This Global Payroll Specialist will be required to process complex payrolls and support the payroll preparation and distribution for 55 countries. You will be managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance in relation to the local legal regulatory requirements.

 

To be considered for this Global Payroll Specialist position applicants must have previous International payroll processing experience, have a basic understanding of general financial tasks including understanding of balance sheet and budgeting and must have excellent communication skills.
