Title: Payroll Team Leader/Manager
Contract: 12 months maternity cover
A leading organisation has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Team Leader/Manager to join their organisation to cover maternity for a period of 12 months. The Payroll Team Leader/Manager will be responsible for managing the staff payroll and pension ensuring all the required changes are put through the payroll system and the overall leadership of the payroll team.
- Manage all team management activities ensuring effective performance management and development of the team.
- Act as the escalation point for all complex payroll queries.
- Maintain regular communication with Stakeholders.
- Ensure payroll processes and standards are maintained.
- Manage payroll compliance, audit and data protection regulations.
To be considered for this Payroll Team Leader/Manager position, applicants must be a strong subject matter expert within payroll, have previous supervisory or management experience, have experience of running a payroll in excess of 3000 staff and have excellent communication skills. If you possess the CIPP qualification, this will also be highly advantageous.
