Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Advisor
Salary: Up to £35,000 p/a + Benefits
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: South-West London (office based 4 days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new starters/changes of employment into the organisation using payroll/benefits/pensions systems.
  • Processing end to end payroll including pensions & statutory payments.
  • Maintaining the HR system (SAGE) including confidential employee files.
  • Supporting with HRIS development projects.
  • Providing support to employees and managers on any payroll & benefits related matters.
  • Liaising with benefits vendors to ensure a beneficial offering for all employees.
  • Assist in the annual salary review and bonus scheme processes and bonus scheme processes

About you:

  • End to end payroll experience.
  • Benefits experience.
  • Strong HRIS/Payroll systems experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
