JGA Recruitment have partnered with a high-growth technology organization in their search for a Workday Specialist, specifically with experience in Workday Payroll to join their technology team.
The role will give a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively across cross-functional projects with an experienced HR Technology Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the product SME for the Workday platform, leading from the front in upgrades, enhancements and implementations.
- Partner with stakeholders within People Technology and Payroll Teams to understand requirements and identity development areas.
- Offer support and training to the business for best practice and optimization within Workday.
- Manage the day-to-day system management of Workday.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years hands on implementation experience within Workday.
- Payroll experience
- Strong HRIS background, ideally with a Workday certification
- Energy and passion for Workday
- HRIS Systems implementation experience
The role is based in Austin on a hybrid working schedule.
The salary on offer for this position is up to $140k plus a range of fantastic benefits.
