The Payroll Reconciliations Expert will provide payroll support to help ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time, whilst supporting a large aged reconciliations project.

 

  • Supporting the Head of Payroll, this role will be focused on developing existing payroll processes to accommodate ongoing payroll changes and new requirements.
  • In addition, this role requires someone with an expert level of payroll knowledge to authorise sign-offs and identify areas for improvement
  • In addition to end-to-end payroll expertise, perhaps at a supervisory or management level, this role requires someone with reconciliations experience who can also demonstrate exceptional levels of attention to detail.

A leading organisation has an urgent requirement for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join their payroll department for a period of 15 months to provide maternity cover.

 

Working in a small team, this Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting the payroll processing of multiple monthly payrolls ensuring all inputs and changes are correct before processing the BACS payments.

 

Responsibilities include:
• Managing staff in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
• Providing advice to managers on payroll related queries.
• Ensuring the payroll inputs and amendments are accurate.
