An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known luxury retailer in London as their Payroll & Benefits Lead
Leading a small team, this payroll and benefits officer/lead role will involve taking responsibility for the timely administration of all aspects of a busy payroll operation.
Using the ADP, this payroll and benefits lead role will also require someone who can run an end to end payroll (including manual calculations) as well as statutory calculations (SSP, SMP, SPP etc.)
Ideally, the successful payroll and benefits lead will possess experience with both inhouse and outsourced payroll operations (managing vendors) and added expertise administering benefits would also be advantageous.
Skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to present reports to senior management are also required.
