Title: Payroll & HR Manager
Location: South East London
A leading organisation based in South East London has a requirement for a Payroll & HR Manager to join their organisation to manage the large Payroll & HR services team.
**This role will be remote until government restrictions are lifted and will then offer some remote working.**
The Payroll & HR Manager will be responsible for delivering Payroll and HR Transactional services to local government organisations ensuring service levels are met and exceed customer expectations.
Other responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and vision for both teams
- Motivating and developing team performance
- Managing and developing client relationships both internal and external
- Developing the system (iTrent) ensuring issues and resolved
- Ensure continuous improvements of the iTrent system
- Leading projects as and when required
To be considered for this Payroll & HR Manager position, applicants will have significant experience of leading Payroll teams, have experience of using iTrent and have experience of processing local government payrolls. HR experience is not essential however this will be highly advantageous.
