JGA Recruitment have partnered with a leading US-based Healthcare Organization based out of Austin, TX looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their growing Accounting Function.

This is a strategic, high impact position managing the payroll for over 7,000 employees across all 50 states. As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee a high performing team of Payroll Analysts/Specialists and steer the ship through multiple acquisitions as the company grows.

You will run the end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Vantage and Oracle ERP multiple pay groups. Reporting into Accounting, you will engage in cross-functional projects and continue to drive the value of Payroll within the business.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ Payroll Management experience.
• ADP Vantage experience is ideal, but some ADP systems knowledge is essential.
• Oracle experience would be ideal.
• End-to-end Multi-State Payroll.
• Acquisitions Experience.
• Have managed the payroll of 3,000+ employees.
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for payroll!

The role is based in their corporate office 4 days a week in Austin, TX.
