Payroll Systems Analyst – Manchester – to £35,000
A leading organisation based in Manchester has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Systems Analyst with strong payroll systems experience to join their large shared-services payroll function.
Responsibilities will involve supporting the Payroll department with processing payrolls and payroll system changes (Oracle).
This Payroll Systems Analyst is a key role in the payroll team and it will involve undertaking the reconciliation of pay runs and the validation and recycling of payroll data processed in Oracle (errors, rejections, etc).
The successful Payroll Systems Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that the payroll system is up to date and fit for purpose and that all necessary changes, functionality, etc are maintained and correct and then providing reports from dummy, main and supplementary pay runs etc.
This Payroll Systems Analyst would suit someone with at least two years of payroll experience, who can also demonstrate excellent statutory, reporting, compliance and payroll systems knowledge.
Experience in the use of the Oracle HCM payroll system would also be useful (but is not essential).
