A leading organisation in its field has a requirement for a Payroll Administrator to join their payroll function on a permanent basis to support the Payroll Manager with the monthly payroll on iTrent.

 

This Payroll Administrator position requires applicants who can process end to end payroll ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing all statutory deductions including SSP and SMP
  • Collating of payroll information
  • Maintaining payroll records and data
  • Entering Payroll and HR data for starters and leavers
  • Reconciling employee deductions
  • Checking the payroll prior BACS
  • Process BACS payments with support from the Payroll Manager

This Payroll Specialist opportunity will involve managing a portfolio of client payrolls and dealing with high level client queries. The successful Payroll Specialist will responsible for organising and processing the payrolls for a wide range of businesses, liaising with clients at a senior level and providing a fully outsourced service for clients.

 

Other responsibilities will include setting up and running payrolls efficiently using its functionalities such as nominal journals, import/exports, report writing as well as implementing new client payroll setups.
