Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of payrolls UK & EMEA countries
  • Managing 10 team members
  • Leading local Payroll support team on guidance and training.
  • Ensuring compliance with local payroll laws.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintaining payroll data integrity.

 

Skills required:

  • 10 years + EMEA payroll experience.
  • Languages is a plus
  • Ability to set up and improve manual processes.
  • SOX compliance experience
  • Must have ADP experience
  • PM experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator who wants to gain more EMEA Payroll experience.

Some sort of EMEA Payroll experience is highly advantageous but not compulsory. 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing starters, leavers and change forms
  • Statutory payments
  • Payroll queries
  • End of year compliance
  • Staff record updates
  • Sickness / Holidays to HR
  • Payroll project reporting
  • Assisting in preparing EMEA payroll journals

Skills required:

  • Experience with ADP Payroll advantageous but not compulsory

Senior Payroll Administrator – £32,000 – Hertfordshire

Seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join a public sector environment, the role will be office based for the first 6 months to learn the systems and producers and then hybrid working will be offered. Responsibilities:

  • Will have end to end experience, processing payroll for 350 employees.
  • Public sector experience desirable!
  • Responsible for performing key administration functions for the organisation.
  • Assist with all employee and ex-employee payroll and pension queries.
  • Manual calculations, including back pay, maternity/paternity pay, holiday pay, unpaid leave.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.
