Compensation Analyst

JGA Recruitment have partnered with an leading Financial Services organization in their search for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join their growing HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, turn raw data into actional insight and learn from an established team of compensation specialists.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of employer compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on compensation-related projects and provides support to HR colleagues on compensation philosophy, policies, programs, and processes.
  • Maintains all job descriptions including pay grades, position titles and business structure.
  • Manages the annual incentive process including tracking employee transfers, salary adjustments, performance scores all integrated into the overall incentive calculation through bonus payment

 

Key Requirements:

  • Aptitude for data manipulation and analysis with the capability to translate large amounts of data into insightful information that is consumable at an executive level.
  • 3-5 years in a Compensation related position.
  • Experience with compensation modelling tools.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills.

 

This role has a base salary range of $120-$140k + bonus and requires 4 days onsite in their Jersey Shore office.
