An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Systems Technician to join the Payroll & Pensions team.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Accounting Manager in providing a comprehensive payroll accounting service, managing the payroll processing requirements for a weekly and monthly payroll and coordinating overpayment calculation and recovery. The successful candidate will need an ECDL qualification or equivalent training/experience as well as extensive experience of using ESR, including payroll processing. The successful candidate will also need some experience of supervising a team and providing expert advice to a wide range of staff on overpayments.
