This role is primarily a Payroll Operations role where you will be responsible for the accurate delivery of an outsourced payroll mode cover 5-7 EMEA countries. The other element of the role involves project managing new process changes and improvements for current gaps that we see in our end to end payroll delivery.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in Finance or a People Operations team.

  • Ability to collaborate and work with vendors and international teams.

  • Be accountable for the safe delivery of 10 cross-country payrolls in EMEA including year end, cycle planning, and operational execution.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams including Treasury, HR Operations (GXO), Market HR, Controllership to represent Eastern Europe payroll support.
  • Ensure critical operational risks are managed appropriately using both our external BPO and Payroll Service Providers as support.
  • Provide critical thinking to ensure cycle escalations are closed, investigate root causes, and follow on solutions.
  • Drive the continuous optimization of our payroll operations by critically assessing how we can constantly improve our process.
