JGA are partnered with a global entertainment company who are for a dynamic Payroll Cover Analyst to assist in all aspects of payroll processing and analytics, ensuring performance is maintained at efficient and at optimal levels.

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparing off-cycle payments
  • Assisting with Payslips and Tax document requests
  • Assisting with validating terminations
  • Checking bank details, NI, tax changes
  • Researching and responding to HR enquiries
  • Assisting team members

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems and reporting (Workday, Oracle, ADP …)
  • Strong technical skills
  • Time-keeping

JGA are partnered with a global entertainment company who are looking for a dynamic Payroll Projects Specialist to assist in all aspects of payroll processing and analytics, ensuring performance is maintained at efficient and at optimal levels.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely data transactions within their system
  • Assisting in balancing and reconciliation of payroll
  • Reviewing and applying tax code changes.
  • Preparing and upload EIB data in the workday system
  • Prepare monthly finance reconciliation reports
  • Assist with employee queries
  • Researching issues and providing recommendations for resolution/correction related to payroll/tax processing

Required skills:

  • 2 – 4 years UK payroll experience, including some experience in implementation and HRIS/payroll system.
  • Detail-orientated and self-motivation are essential
  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Basic knowledge of an HRIS/payroll system & reporting. (e.g., Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP)
  • Knowledge of MS office software; intermediate knowledge of Excel preferred
