A world leading global financial service organisation based in Nottingham. Seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator with end-to-end payroll experience to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the end-to-end payroll process using the Oracle system.
  • Processing high-volume payroll.
  • Processing manual calculations and statutory payments.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the accurate delivery of payrolls.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of payroll legislation.

Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring employees are paid accurately
  • Following statutory legislation
  • Partnering with Reward and Pensions
  • Dealing with complex payroll issues

Experience required: 

  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and able to gain clear agreement from others through persuasion, negotiation and promotion of ideas
  • Extensive knowledge of statutory legislation relating to PAYE, National Insurance and Statutory Payments
  • Experience and knowledge of complex company pension schemes, and current legislation with regards to Payroll and Pensions
  • Detailed knowledge of employment law where this impacts on payroll
  • Ability to understand complex company, employment and benefits policies
  • Understanding of Audit principles
