Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the HR team in accurately processing a high volume payroll across multiple sites
  • Maintenance and review of department documentation
  • Verification of monthly payroll changes / liaising with vendors
  • Management of company absences
  • Responding to employee pay queries
  • Supporting HR team in support of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Data cleansing
  • Managing benefit renewal processes

Skills required: 

  • SAP/SAP SuccessFactors experience essential
  • Multi-sited Payroll experience essential
  • Experience in HR/Payroll implementations
  • Excel skills (Advanced)

Title: Global Payroll Implementation Manager
Salary: £61,500 p/a
Location: Reading – 1 day a week in the office
Contract: Permanent

A leading payroll outsourcing organisation based in Reading has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Implementation Manager with global experience to join the business.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the office one day a week.

Acting as the first point of escalation, the Global Payroll Implementation Manager will be required to have an understanding of client’s objectives to be able to advise and implement global payrolls. This will include drafting specifications, providing advice on local legislations and configuring the platform to tailor for each client’s needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering global payroll projects
  • Leading an onsite and offshore team to deliver projects
  • Leading post implementation task
  • Supporting payroll and pre-sales activities
  • Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring processes are full documented

To be considered for this Global Payroll Implementation Manager position, applicants must have previous experience of implementing global payrolls, have experience of leading a team and must have experience of payroll projects.

International Client Payroll Administrator
Location: Reading – Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 p/a
Contract: Permanent

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join a leading firm based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their career within international payroll.

This role requires you to be in the office one day per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of client payrolls, ensuring all payrolls are compliant with the latest legislation and processed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for dealing with the day-to-day payroll queries and will be the main point of contact for clients.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Administering client payrolls for multiple clients
  • Ensuring all payrolls are compliant with the latest legislation
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Calculating statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Dealing with the day to day payroll queries
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Being the first point of contact for client queries

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
