Are you a payroll professional with a passion for payroll and client service? We’re looking for an exceptional Payroll Specialist to join our experienced and friendly team.

About You

You’ll bring:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a payroll bureau

  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and processing
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A client-first mindset with proven relationship-building abilities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to multi task in a busy environment
  • Confidence in handling diverse and sometimes complex payrolls, including termination payments, holiday pay calculations, BIKs, SMP, SPP, ShPP, Alabaster calculations and much more

What You’ll Do

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients with care and precision
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, assisting with other payrolls when needed
  • Deliver expert guidance and proactive support to clients
  • Continue developing your expertise with ongoing training

Location

Our offices are based in Leatherhead. After your probation period, you’ll only be required to attend the office a minimum five days per month.
