This is a varied role, reporting to the Head of People Data and Reward, working within a wider People and Culture team. The role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll, the implementation of the annual pay award and employee benefits. The role is also responsible for supporting broader team activities associated with the development of the HR system and pay and reward strategies. We are looking for someone with relevant payroll and systems related experience, alongside the ability to build effective relationships and apply best practice.
