Our team at JAGS are looking for a Payroll and Benefits manager to join our finance team. You will be responsible for the provision of leadership and customer service for payroll, pensions and benefits coordinations and administration for approximately 500 employees across the School and Sports club. You will report into our Director of Finance and work closely alongside our HR team and other members of our finance team.

The Opportunity ⭐️

We’re looking for a Payroll Customer Care Representative to join our growing Customer Success team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is currently working in a payroll bureau, has a basic knowledge of payroll legislation, and enjoys interacting with customers. You will work closely with the broader customer success team and cross-functionally with the UK’s sales and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have previously run essential payrolls and dealt with customer payroll queries. It would be beneficial for this candidate to know about tax & national insurance, payroll systems, auto-enrolment and statutory payments.  If you currently work in payroll but love supporting customers and solving complex problems, then this is the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing 🤩 …

– Day to day, you will work on Salesforce, answering queries from your portfolio and working hands-on with the PayFit platform
– Make PayFit even more self-serve by keeping up to date our customer help centre
– You will work closely with the Product and Sales team to share the customers’ feedback and be the voice of the customer
– Identify upsell opportunities and suggest new initiatives to improve services for our customers
