Job Title: EMEA Payroll Manager

Salary: £90,000 p/a + bonus

Location: Hertfordshire/Hybrid

 

JGA are exclusively partnered with a growing business seeking a new EMEA Payroll Manager to oversee all processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of payrolls UK & EMEA countries
  • Managing 10 team members
  • Leading local Payroll support team on guidance and training.
  • Ensuring compliance with local payroll laws.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintaining payroll data integrity.

 

Skills required:

  • 10 years + EMEA payroll experience.
  • Languages is a plus
  • Ability to set up and improve manual processes.
  • SOX compliance experience
  • Must have ADP experience
  • PM experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
