The role will be responsible for supporting the creation, optimisation and documentation of new and existing HR processes in line with the strategic business goal of HR Digitalisation. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and enjoy process investigation and analysis, with the goal of finding best fit solutions. In addition, the role will involve facilitating cross departmental working groups, to help identify, develop and document new processes within all areas of HR.
