vacancy has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the Trust’s busy and friendly payroll team based at Hillingdon Hospital.
The post holder will manage the payroll team to provide an efficient payroll service to the Trust. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of payroll and expenses payments for the Trust’s weekly and monthly payroll which totals around 4,500 staff.
The successful applicant will have excellent management, communication and numeracy skills and be organised and conscientious with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The role requires extensive knowledge and experience of using the ESR system, processing payroll elements, statutory regulations, NHS and local terms and conditions, and management of the NHS pension scheme.
